Can I carry pepper spray on me?
You can carry Pepper Spray only if you are certified in Pepper Spray. You need to take the Pepper Spray class and pass the test in order to be certified. You must be level 3 in order to be certified to carry a Pepper Spray.
When I receive my level 3 commission license can I carry my firearm while not on duty?
No, you can only carry your firearm when you are in uniform and on duty and have an active commissioned license on you. In order to carry a firearm while not on duty, you need to obtain an LTC license.
What is Level 3?
Level 3 consist of 45 instruction hours of classroom and Gun Range. You need to pass the firearms Portion with a score of 70 or above. The written portion you must pass with a score of 75 or above. Upon passing both portions of the test you will receive a certificate.

Can I carry a Baton if I am Level 2?
No, you can only carry a Baton if you are Level 3 since Baton training is part of the Level 3 course.
